Job Description:

  • Controlling and directing the food preparation process
  • Able to control stock, profit and lost
  • Managing and working closely with Restaurant manager
  • Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
  • Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
  • Being responsible for health and safety
  • Being responsible for food hygiene practices

Salary Package : Basic salary, service charge, meal allowance, BPJS,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • D1-D4 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • CDP: 2 years (Required)
