As a Tattoo Parlor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our studio. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing the shop, preparing materials and equipment for our talented tattoo artists, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent customer service. Proficiency in English is essential, as you will interact with clients on a regular basis. Basic computer skills are required for administrative tasks, including checking stock levels. Experienced with Photo shop or Procreate would be ideal to design tattoos for customers. Maintaining high hygiene standards is a must to create a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Opening and Closing: Ensure the timely opening and closing of the tattoo parlor, following established procedures and security protocols.
- Equipment Preparation: Assist tattoo artists by preparing materials and equipment needed for tattoo sessions, ensuring everything is sterilized and ready for use.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary and organized studio space. Regularly sanitize equipment and surfaces to meet hygiene standards.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and information as needed. Prioritize customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive studio atmosphere.
- Administrative Tasks: Utilize basic computer skills for administrative work, including checking and managing stock levels, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
- Hygiene Standards: Adhere to and promote high hygiene standards throughout the studio. Follow proper protocols for the disposal of waste and ensure a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent English: Strong verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer tasks for administrative responsibilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to support a smooth workflow in the studio.
- Hygiene: Demonstrated commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene standards in a professional setting.
