IT Support & System Administrator

Job Descriptions:

• Overall running of IT Operations across multiple countries and time zones
• Installing, configuring, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware and printers
• Performing data backup and recovery
• Performing regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
• Preventing problems and to improve systems’ performance
• Fixing issues like troubleshooting hardware and software
• Liaising with vendors
• Maintaining IT essentials such as operating systems, business applications, security tools, web-servers, email, PCs, local and wide area networking both hardware and software and mid-range server hardware
• Repairing and recovering from hardware or software failures
• Creating user guidelines and training for specific software/technology handling
• Managing Global IT Inventory

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working with an international company
• Have DevOps / Infrastructure experience
• Exp in Webmail hosting, domain setup, domain listing, email warm up
• Must have regular system end point updates and maintenance
• Up to date on new developments in the IT industry
• Have an experience working in IT position for Small or Medium Enterprise
• Have IT degree / qualifications
• Microsoft Office suite troubleshooting skills
• Microsoft Excel medium to advanced skills
• Have flexible working hours, since this role is supporting our whole organisation which cater the whole Asia Pacific region

Desirable/Preferable:

Have exposure to ITAM/ITSM software

• Computer science
• Computing
• Information & Technology
• Engineering

• ITAM/ITSM (IT Asset & Service Management) software: 1 year (Required)
