- Prepare and execute visual merchandising and provide solutions to specific marketing requirement for the Multi brand and specialist doors (Top 25 MAA; GKA and Specialist doors such as Kids, Factory Outlet)
- Coordinate with various teams and prepare materials to provide support to various below the line marketing for specific channel.
- New concept alignment and flow to the VMO and store staff.
- Supporting organize training workshops for visual merchandising and assist in setting up for the training.
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Specialist VM will also develop floor plans for the wholesale and specialist corners. And working side by side with the partners to create adidas corner more appealing.
- Visiting other competitor stores in the area, working with in-store retail sales staff and helping to develop their understanding of presentation as well as giving feedback.
- Helping the Manager in developing PR and maintaining the budget
- Involve in deciding on which categories and layout with SD team.
- Creating the plan for the store opening process
- Making the Plug & Play plan for the opening stores.
- Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays.
- Maintain the energy of the team.
- Responsibilities to managing the VM outsource for wholesale/specialist.
- Set KPI’s for the VM outsource.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related area
- Preferably 3+ years experience in Visual Merchandising in apparel/fashion/sports industry.
- Having design background will be an advantage
- English: Fluent written/ spoken
