Dapat mengelola gedung/ Utility dan Equipment Building. Usia maksimal 50 tahun. Menguasai Mechanical, Electrical, Administrasi, dan mengetahui pekerjaan…...

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Dapat mengelola gedung/ Utility dan Equipment Building

2. Dapat menganalisis dan problem solving

3. Memimpin dan mengarahkan SDM yang menjadi pengawasannya baik kinerja dan disiplin kerja.

4. Membuat analisa kebutuhan reparasi dan pengadaan baru pada perangkat kerja.

5. Membuat laporan hasil pekerjaan

Kualifikasi:

1. Usia maksimal 50 tahun

2. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Jurusan Teknik Mesin, Elektro, Sipil, dsb.

3. Memiliki sertifikat K3 umum lebih diutamakan

4. Berpengalaman diposisi yang sama sebagai Maintenance Building Manager minimal 2 tahun

5. Dapat Memahami fungsi utility gedung (Travo, LVMDP, Genset, HVAC, STP)

6. Menguasai Mechanical, Electrical, Administrasi, dan mengetahui pekerjaan sipil serta mampu menyusun SOP gedung dan melaksanakan preventive maintenance

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Upah: Rp800.000.000 - Rp1.100.000.000 per bulan
