Horison Hotels is a fast developing hotel brand in Indonesia. We are inviting talented people and offering the opportunity to grow with us. HORISON ULTIMA SEMINYAK is urgently looking for a Order Taker Housekeeping.

Job Description:

  • Greet guests courteously and assist them with requests related to housekeeping services, such as additional towels, amenities, or room cleaning.
  • Accurately record guest requests and orders, including the specific services or items needed, into the hotels housekeeping system.
  • Communicate guest requests promptly to the housekeeping team, ensuring that they are fulfilled within established timeframes.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and amenities, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Prepare guest charges for any additional services requested and handle guest payments efficiently, if applicable.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and amenities, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Utilize the VHP system for inventory management.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to accurately record and process guest requests.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping systems or software is advantageous.
  • Familiar with the VHP system.
